My cousin and I went back in August. I had regular nail polish on and a dremel was used to remove it. Nearly 4 months later and my nails are close to being fully grown out. For the first two months after the gel manicure I got chipped off, my nails were incredibly brittle. I've had gel manicures before and never experienced this. You can see the affected vs new nail in the pictures attached. The staff were nice, the manicure was cute, but my nails were absolutely destroyed. Edit: no, this was not my nails needing a break from gel polish. I hadn't had a real manicure in probably a year or so. The regular polish on my nails had been done by a friend on a trip a week earlier. Very minimal prep had been done prior to them painting my nails. My nails were healthy before I came into your shop.

My original appointment was for 4:15 I went in showed Lee what I wanted and she stated she couldn’t do the cheetah print, and if I came in the next day a different lady could do it. For me that doesn’t work since I’m in college so I left and when I got to my car Lee texted me saying she could do my nails. I went back in and she said she could do them at 5:30 because she had to pick up her kid and she would give me a discount for changing the time. I agreed came back showed her my picture of what I wanted and I told her I wanted it the same. The results are not what I wanted my nails are bleeding. I asked if she could change the size of the polka dots and she said it was too late there already dry but on one hand some of them are slightly smeared and the length of my nails and shaping look

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Absolutely obsessed with getting my nails done at this salon! From the moment you walk in, you’re greeted with the kindest energy and the prettiest atmosphere. Everything feels clean, calm, and super aesthetic. The techs are so talented and detail-oriented and they take their time to make sure your nails come out perfect every single time. My nails always last weeks without lifting or breaking, which never used to happen anywhere else. This place deserves all the hype. I’ll never go anywhere else! 💅✨

Very very disappointed. I booked an online appointment for a signature manicure with a +10 add on for gel (total being $40/50). I got to the salon and was not only never greeted, but immediately asked to pick a color as if I didn’t know that. I then proceeded to ask and make sure it was only the gel add on not a full hard gel manicure. As someone who hasn’t gotten their nails done in YEARS and didn’t want to “overpay”/ be charged more something I didn’t book. Not only did my nail tech not speak to me most of the hour long appointment but my nails came up uneven lumpy and just overall disappointing and I was charged a whopping $72 as she said it was a hard gel manicure even after, I had again, specifically mentioned and asked for it to just be the add on of a +10 gel coat, not a hard gel ma

Gel polish change, I asked her not to put an extra coat so the polish didn’t look thick.. maybe that was my fault and that’s why the nail paint is sheer? My nails still came out lumpy & thick..they looked fine at first but when I got to my car I saw they didn’t look that great.. I tried calling & leaving a message so I could get them fixed no response.. just a couple days after my natural nail broke from being filed way too thin & paint started chipping off and so did the nail art (and I’m not hard on my hands).. never got a call & was never contacted after this review.
