Jen saved me after another place screwed up my face and smile horribly. She was so kind and offered me some therapeutic treatments. She is so wonderful and knowledgeable and I recommend anyone in Southern Oregon come to Illume. She is the true expert and professional with integrity. Some places in the area lack integrity. But not here. Jen and her team are the best!

Alexa was very sweet and helpful she explain the products she was using and the benefits. She taylored to my skin type and recommended products that would help. It was my First time and the experience was pleasant and relaxing every from the front desk to the owner were so warm and welcoming!!!

Being a client for the last few years, I have had a wonderful experience with Illume Aesthetics. The staff is kind, professional, and helpful. I love Lauri Johnson, RN, who I completely trust with my face. She listens and recommends what she thinks will work for my skin and to help with anti-aging. She is smart and a lovely person who wants her clients happy. Illume Aestetics does fun things like prizes, specials on services, events and more. Prices for services are reasonable too! The whole team is a class act!

This medi spa is a gem. If you’re considering Botox or other aesthetic treatments I highly recommend Illume. You can tell that they care about your experience and want you to be happy with the results. And I very much am! I also think the prices are pretty reasonable compared to other medical spas. Get a consult with Illume, just do it :).

The team at Illume provides wonderful facials! Such a great way to pamper yourself and take great care of your skin… I just got one from Jessica and her style was the perfect balance of engagement and quiet relaxation. Loved her firm but gentle pressure during product application + massage! My skin looks amazing for days even with just their classic option. Appreciate that I’m never pressured into buying their products, but always shown the products used during that session. Looking forward to my next session with Jess!
