There are no words to describe how amazing Jay is. His intuition and ability to understand your body and what it needs are unmatched. He uses various modalities depending on what you need. Jay is also a wonderful human. I have been seeing him for massage for 10 years and he has helped me recover and improve my health. I can't recommend him highly enough!
