I would love to start coming here more ! Please adjust the hours. As a working stylist the most free time I have is before and after booking hours so 10-6 is not ideal for a hairstylist.

I walked in not really knowing what I was looking for. Instead of being intimidated I was greeted by a young lady behind the counter who took the time to help me. I explained that wasn't sure if I wanted a wig, weave or braids, I needed something because my pixie cut has grown out to that awkward stage. I told her I was inexperienced and if I'm being completely honest, ignorant pertaining to hair enhancements. While I was trying on a wig, another employee approached and suggested that I put on a cap to help hold the wig in place. I didn't feel rushed one bit. Although I left without purchasing anything, I wanted to leave this comment and say thank you, ladies!

Charlene was very helpful and was able to explain different products for my hair type. She answered my questions and concerns. The store is well stocked, organized, and clean. Good luck! I am happy to support a much needed black owned beauty supply store in Elk Grove.

I am very excited for this black owned beauty supply store in Elk Grove. The owner and staff were extremely helpful and the customer service was excellent. I purchased some earrings for children in my family and the owner placed them in a very cute Hello Kitty bag plus I was able to find everything I needed. Anything that wasn't in stock, the owner noted so that it could be purchased in the future. I definitely plan to be back.

I went into Charlene's today for the first time. I must say it was indeed a pleasure to support a black.owned business. The young lady who helped my wife and her name is a journey, and she was absolutely wonderful ❤️ She even mentioned informing her boss about items I requested..
