It’s been hard to schedule an appointment with a stylist on my schedule (needed a cut urgently before a job interview) and so it’s been a year since my last visit (I get a cut 2x a year). I booked an appointment and was surprised by a text informing me that because I hadn’t come in for more than 6 months, they were charging me a “consulting fee” of $20 on top of my service. No where on their site or forms does it state such a policy. I am really annoyed because it seems tacked on and a punishment for not coming in more frequently!! That’s just taking the tip away from the stylist to be honest. I want to support a woman owned business but don’t appreciate these hidden fees.

I recently got a keratin express treatment with Annaliese! I had a great experience with her, she explained the process and the products and was super friendly!! I’d definitely be revisiting for additional services.

Marilyn was awesome! Super helpful and explained all of my options. The pricing is fair and the service was incredibly relaxing. Easy to book and they follow up w appointments. I love my partial face framing highlights!

Eryn and her team did a great job helping me grow out my grey hair. They not only explained every step and made my hair look great at every stage, but Eryn understood and supported the change of having my hair reflect my age.
