I can not express enough how wonderful the young lady by the name of Tay is! I shop for fragrance a lot in the Oakbrook area but she is hands down the most knowledgeable sales associate I’ve ever worked with in the past decade of fragrance collecting. I stopped by for their grand opening 2 years ago and she helped me pick out my first Byredo fragrance Young Rose. I recently came to buy a birthday gift for my husband and she remembered exactly what he liked last time from the grand opening down to the exact notes which was so heart warming to me. If you’re ever on the hunt for a new fragrance, please support Tay by asking for her when you stop into the store. I promise her attentiveness and passion will have you leaving with something! 🙂

I recently visited the BYREDO store at Oakbrook Center and had a great experience thanks to Grace! She was very patient, and attentive. Her knowledge of their perfumes and skincare products was impressive, and she took the time to understand my preferences before offering thoughtful recommendations. Grace’s patience truly stood out, she never rushed me, even as I sampled multiple fragrances and asked plenty of questions. I don't have enough words to show my apprecition for Byredo store in Oakbrook, IL. I live in FL and during my visit to IL last month, I happened to visit Byredo and purchase a fragrance. A few days after I got back to Fl, I determined that the fragrance I bought was not my favorite so I called the store and let them know of my situation. I requested that I would like to exchange the fragrance for something else but it was impossible for me to come to the store in person since I did not live in that state. The phenomenal Tay assisted me and went out of her way to accommodate my request. She jumped through hoops to get approval for me to ship the fragrance back to the store. After that, she walked me through the process and remained on top of the shipment. As soon as the store received the

2 stars is their rating...? WHAT! This place deserves 5 stars at the minimum. Their customer service, care, and service was unlike the other byredo stores. Both ladies working helped and guided me making the best decisions! So much variety!

they didn't offer samples (or if they do, I wasn't offered any) and also do not allow returns which is kind of stingy imo. takes me more than a day to see if i want to commit to a perfume. but they were professional and you could still test the perfumes, so cant ding them just for stinginess
