My wife and I have been going to Body Kneads regularly for a number of years now. In short, the prices are far better than other popular places in Palo Alto, and the massages have been consistently excellent. We've paid twice as much and gotten treatment that seemed "from a recipe," while the masseusses at Body Kneads can "read with their fingers" and find the spots. English fluency varies, so if you have a note about your massage (sore spot to avoid, etc.) it might be best to mention it to the reception desk. More so in the past, I believe. Do yourself a favor while supporting a small business.

I recently had the most incredible massage at Body Kneads Day Spa. From the moment I walked in, the atmosphere was so peaceful and welcoming. Eva was absolutely amazing—she was a true professional who clearly has a deep understanding of anatomy. Eva listened to my specific needs and focused on all the areas where I hold tension. The pressure was perfect and they used a wonderful mix of techniques that left me feeling completely relaxed and rejuvenated. I left the spa feeling like a new person, with all my aches and pains completely melted away. I can't recommend this spa and Eva enough! I'm already looking forward to my next appointment.
