Bmore Diva Nails

Unfortunately I didn't have a good experience. Not only did it take 2.5hrs just for a fill-in and polish, but polish has started chipping 1 day later and now 3 days later, 3 more has chipped. I've reached out 3 times and not surprised, I didn't get a response. If you're going to tell the story, please tell it correctly. DO NOT LIE ON ME & WHT WAS DUN!!!! And be sure to tell them you weren't on time and when you got there, you weren't ready or prepared because YOU HAD A LITTLE ONE WITH YOU. But anyway.....I love supporting my community but I'm not going to lie about my experience. And I also give people the benefit of the doubt and go back and try again. But when the owner doesn't respond to your multiple messages about the service, then what am I, the customer, supposed to do. This is so u

I can’t recommend Tia enough! We came here after a bad experience at another salon and she listened to what we wanted, took good care of us and made us feel welcome. She far exceeded expectations and was very professional. When I tell you the best experience I’ve ever had at any nail salon. A true lifesaver, my new regular place! Good ball designs but after 3 different occasions of getting my nails done (1 full set, 2 full ins) I decided to try a different nail tech. Let me first say, my job requires me to type on the computer and I wash my hands a lot, which can be hard on nails. However, after every visit a nail would break before my 2-3 week fill in apt and my full sets would normally last about 3+ weeks when done by traditional Korean nail salons. I also referred a few friends and discovered they too had the same experience. I really think Tia is wonderful, nice and does great designs, I am just used to my nails laying longer.

I absolutely love Bmore Diva Nails. When I initially called Tia, I'd just had a bad experience with another nail salon. She spoke with me for over 20 minutes regarding my concerns before I booked an aappointment. My first appointment, she was very solicitous, offering me drinks, snacks, and asking if I needed to use the restroom. She is very meticulous about her work and loves for her client to leave happy. I have now been 5 times, and I haven't even needed a new acrylic full set yet. I come every 4 weeks, although the polish could certainly last longer. Plus, her prices are very reasonable. She has completely changed my views about real nail care and maintenance.

Tia is amazing! I moved here from NY 3 years ago and couldn't find a nail tech who did a good job. Tia went above and beyond for me. I got so many compliments on my nails. She is also so kind and truly a master of her craft. She took her time and made sure my nails and toes were perfect. I am so happy i met her. I am obsessed with my nails and toes.
