I had the best experience at this beauty supply store! The staff is incredibly friendly and knowledgeable, always ready to help with any questions I had about products. They have a wide range of beauty essentials, from hair care to skincare, and I was impressed with the variety of brands they carry. The store is always clean and well-organized, making it easy to find exactly what I need. Plus, the prices are very reasonable for the quality. I’ll definitely be coming back for all my beauty needs!

Large store with many options. I wanted to browse and get on a wig as I’ve never owned one and I’m interested. The store was fairly empty with plenty of staff. Walked to the wig counter there was an employee on face time and one cutting a lace front. As I browsed and touched wigs no one acknowledged me. After a few min I walked toward the front and no one said anything so I decided to leave due to the lack of customer service. Sad because they have plenary of options.

I would not recommend this location. The manager is very rude. I tried on a wig and decided not to get it because I wasn’t sure about the color. I changed my mind and decided to leave. I was in the store all of 10 minutes. I could see if I had spent hours in there. As I left he said “ next time bring more money” . I’m not sure why he would think that was an appropriate thing to say to a customer. I’ve shopped here for years and have spent thousands of dollars at this chain. I will never be back.

I came in to buy hair supplies and was followed like a criminal. I was wearing Ray-Ban Meta glasses, which recorded everything. While shopping, I overheard the cashier ask management for the security camera password. That made me feel targeted and uncomfortable. I left without buying anything. No one deserves to be treated like that.

My first time here and I was amazed. This store is very clean,. Everything is well put in place and not hard to locate. The store smells amazing and I was asked by two employees if I needed help. I will most certainly be coming back. You’ve gained a new customer ♾️
