A-1 Nails

Extremely disappointed with my experience here. I feel like I was completely overcharged and taken advantage of. On top of that, my nails looked horrible — the French tips turned dirty-looking, the acrylic started chipping, and I even have cuts around my cuticles. It was late, and they were rushing us out the door so fast that I didn’t notice how bad they were until I got home. Totally unacceptable for the price I paid. I would never recommend this place to anyone. I couldn’t post without giving one star but definitely not even that

HE DID MY MANICURE IN APPROXIMATELY 5 MIN.. AS IM DRYING JUST WALKED OFF WITH NO INSTRUCTIONS NO THANK YOU NO HAVE A GREAT DAY.. I HAD TO GO ASK HIM WAS I DONE AS HECHAD STARTED A PEDICURE I WAS CONFUSED CAUSE A MANICURE INCLUDING OIL ON CUTICLES AND HAND MASSAGE!!!! I WAS TOLD ONLY IF YOU GET GEL POLISH WOW I WANT MY DAMN TIP BACK!!! RUDE .. QUALITY OF WORK TRASH WITH HIGH PRICES CUSTOMER SERVICE TRASH NEVER AGAIN IF I COULD GIVE ZERO STARS I WOULD

Horrible Mess, I Am So Disappointed. I came here to my local nail salon for the 1st time to get my eyebrows waxed. Well the first red sign was that one of the nail technicians asked me and several others if she could wax us out in the waiting area to avoid the long wait for the 1 private waxing room that was already occupied. I and others declined and said we would wait. Well, I wish I had just declined and left. While getting my eyebrows done I ended up opening my eyes at the end as she was cleaning up only to see that she had used unsanitized utensils on my face that had been used on everybody who entered that room and I also saw that the wax stick that she had used on my face she put it back into the wax.
