I had such a wonderful experience at Bluemercury as a first-time shopper! Helena and Alexa were incredibly kind, patient, and helpful. They took the time to guide me through different options and made sure I found products that matched my skin tone perfectly. Thanks to them, my first visit was not only easy but truly enjoyable. Later that day- I had a stranger come up and compliment how natural and beautiful my make up looked! Thank you!!!

I had a really upsetting experience at the Blue Mercury in Wellesley today. The sales associate who rang me up was rude and extremely dismissive toward me and my two small children. She hovered over them the entire time in a way that felt aggressive and uncomfortable, repeatedly using an assertive tone to tell them not to touch anything. I calmly told her that they’re just toddlers and that I would put back anything they touched, but she ignored me and continued hovering over them. When I asked if they don’t get many kids in the store, she responded, “Oh, we do, but they’re always in strollers.” My children are toddlers, and I specifically left the stroller outside because they get upset sitting in it too long. The energy was so uncomfortable that I rushed to check out just to get out of

I’ve never had a better make up experience. The Helena and Alexa at the Wellesley location were personable, friendly, and so helpful. They genuinely cared to help find the right shades and give the right recommendations. I can’t wait to go back!

My first visit to Blue Mercury in Wellesley and I will definitely be back! When I first walked in I was greeted by Helena, she was so welcoming and friendly. I told her I was in to see the Ogee products but next thing you know I started telling her about some struggles I have been having with finding a good foundation lately. She was so knowledgeable, friendly and answered so many questions I had! She made me feel so comfortable and never felt judged or pressured! I went in with no makeup on, and she sat me down and had me try the products and helped me find just the right shade. I have been to every makeup counter around and never felt this comfortable. I cannot say enough good things about how pleasant Helena was!!

I’ve been coming to bluemercury for a few years and I have my favorites. A special thank you to Helena, she helped me find skin care lines that I never tried and are now MUST haves! I always enjoy seeing her when I walk in. I came in today stressed out because I’m getting married and had no foundation and I was lost. Helena and Tori helped me today so much with some bridal makeup. I’m 44/ mature skin (or at least getting there, I’m not 30 either lol) so what works in your 20 and 30’s doesn’t work in your 40’s. Tori really helped me find some really beautiful products, foundation, primer, blush, and a lip color. And let me tell you, I don’t really wear lip color so I was so happy when I found one that I liked. Not drying, hydrating and buildable. OGEE makeup , worth it. And thank you ladies
