There are a few things I’d like to share. I’ve seen others receive good service here, but my experience was quite different. The staff came across as a bit standoffish, and I didn’t feel very welcomed. When I first arrived, the lady at the front desk asked what I had on my hand. I replied “powder,” and she said they don’t do powder, even though I went in for a gel manicure and pedicure. From the way she spoke, it felt like she didn’t want me there, especially since I noticed other customers being received more warmly. That initial interaction already left me in a bad mood, and while nothing major happened afterward, there were several small things: the way they directed me around, how they spoke to me, and constant comments made in their own language. I have been going to Bliss for quite a few years; love everything about this place ..... the staff is wonderful (I have my favorites, of course), the place is impeccably clean, and I never have to wait....good business ethics, quality workmanship and the place is always beautifully decorated depending on the season! I highly recommend!!!!!

I took my special needs daughter and a friend to Bliss Nail. My daughter is wheelchair bound and holds her hands in a fist. Everyone, especially the 2 technicians, were AWESOME. My daughter wanted a manicure, but assessing the situation I told the Bliss staff that this may not be a possibility. These ladies were ingenious! WIth resourcefulness and kindness, they were able to give my daughter both a great pedicure and manicure. Everyone at Bliss made my daughter so happy! My friend and I also got great gel manicures and pedicures. I recommend Bliss Nails highly.

Made an appointment day of and was able to be seen quickly. Did a gel manicure and regular pedicure! Great attention to cuticles and important areas. Total was $75 (without tip) Only downside is that they don’t have powder (SNS) gel option. Would go again!

Great work by Linda today! I wish I had a before photo of my nails — they were so chipped and brittle. I’ve been coming here for years, and it’s always super clean and comfortable. All the techs are great. I’ve seen some negative reviews saying they’re prejudiced, but that hasn’t been my experience at all. They’ve told me a few times that they’re just busy and can’t take walk-ins. They don’t rush through appointments or squeeze people in — they take their time and really focus on doing a great job.
