Cindy and Anna were both very kind and care a lot about their customers and business. Prices were listed clearly at check in. They are both very strong and if you are seeking a true deep tissue massage, they will give you exactly that. For a portion of my 90 minute massage both ladies were both massaging me at the same time, something I’ve never had before; but enjoyed. I work next door and it’s nice to have this amenity nearby. I will be back in the future to see them again. For those seeking to book, Cindy notified me that her online booking is not good and prefers you call to schedule an appointment.

I’ve been dealing with a few injuries from working out and a car accident, and I typically book 90-minute sessions with Cindy. She is always my therapist, and I couldn’t be happier with the care she provides. She consistently takes her time to focus on the problematic areas and never makes me feel rushed. On several occasions, she has even generously given me extra time at no charge. I’m genuinely impressed by her depth of knowledge in both Chinese acupuncture and anatomy. It’s clear she truly understands how the body works and how to treat it effectively. She is hands down my favorite therapist in the Austin area — this place truly offers the best massage I’ve experienced. I also really appreciate the hot tea she sometimes serves before or after the session. It’s such a thoughtful touch

Cindy is highly skilled and professional. She’s very accommodating and willing to tailor each massage to your specific problem areas. Anna is also great. They both have warm welcoming personalities and make you feel right at home. The rooms are consistently comfortable, and heated massage tables are available upon request. Some of the negative reviews may come from people expecting a five-star resort experience, which isn’t quite the goal of a small, local business like this. At Best Massage, you can expect fair pricing and the convenience of same-day appointments if you call ahead.

Best Massage is truly an understatement. I’ve lived in Austin since 1990 and have received massage therapy all over the world. Cindy is, without question, the most skilled, attentive, and dedicated massage therapist I’ve ever experienced. Her understanding of anatomy and soft-tissue mechanics is exceptional. Every muscle group, tendon, and ligament is approached with precision and intention, working methodically from origin to insertion rather than applying generic pressure. The care, focus, and work ethic she brings to each session is remarkable, and it’s clear she takes great pride in her craft. It's true, that was the BEST massage I've had in at least 10 years!! Clean, comfortable, Anna worked on me so wonderful. Worked on places I needed first very thorough. Just the right pressure. Then did legs, arms, face. The message lasted full time not taking off for changing clothes. I highly recommend this place. I will go back over and over !!
