Belle Palace Nails and Spa Deptford Township

So originally my rating was five stars and I had included all of the photos below because I've been going to this particular location for 4 years and with one particular tech for three years. I have always celebrated their work. As you can see, posting 45 pictures is excessive and I've even shared their work on my own personal social media because I've always been proud of their work. I've always loved their designs, they always bring it to life and I've always been happy. However, I'm not one to leave a negative review so this isn't a negative review. It's more of a disappointment that I wanted to share because I think many can agree that getting your nails and your toes done these days has gotten expensive and it's a luxury that we treat ourselves to and I work hard for my money and you

Got my nails done by Sarah on Dec 5 and it’s Dec 24 today and they’ve held up better than any set I’ve had in a while. No lifting, chips, or lost gems after 19 days! Mind you I work in a restaurant and type excessively for school!!

My daughter & I always get our nails done here! We have been coming for about 6-7 years. We love them all!! They have been able to do all the crazy nail designs I've ever asked for.

Andy is the BEST!!! I have long nails and I usually have a pic of some sort of design I’m looking to have done and just tell him I want something like this. Andy always puts his unique touch and they come out even better than what I asked for. My girlfriend and I come every 3 weeks to have our pedis done together. She always books with Alex and couldn’t be happier.

Be careful, exceptionally careful! They messed up my daughter's nails and told her "come back to fix them if they fall off and we will fix them". Odd. We have been going there for years, and sure enough, within a week gel nails started falling off. When we brought her back, they "fixed" them and charged her $29, saying she picked a new color. Very deceptive practices and unwilling to make a loyal customer happy. I hope the $29 they stole from us was worth losing a customer and this review. We had always been treated well and never had an issue so I was surprised with the outcome here. Never going back.
