I used to love this nail shop. I will never go there again since they had a new management. The prices are way too high For your nails they only last three days then a nail pops off. I went back two days later to get the one nail replaced and then the next day four more nails came off. I am not hard on my nails at all. I don’t do hair or anything athletic I normally will be able to come every three weeks. this is the second time I’ve gone there and this happened. Don’t waste your money and don’t deal with these people.

I’ve been coming here since I was 14 years old. I am now 38 of course owners changed throughout the year but as of 2025 they are out their minds with prices. I always say if You charge that much you better make sure your hands and time adds up as well. They rushed through my pedicure and I paid $85 for it. Some words were exchanged back-and-forth with me and Lisa because she was actually hurting my feet while she was rushing through,if you want to charge your customers expensive and unreasonable prices please make sure you work and your service matches the amount!

No frills nail shop located in the laurel district in Oakland. My normal nail shop was closed so was in need of a mani pedi before I went out of town. Called ahead to make an appointment and found ample parking on the street. Upon entering they were very strict about mask usage requiring everyone to wear a mask. I was immediately serviced with two people working on my hands and then feet at the same time. But once another customer came in the lady working on my hands stopped right in the middle of doing mine to work on someone else’s. When I was able to continue with my nails a new woman worked on my hands and she was incredibly rough. I felt pain a few times and had to ask her to be more gentle. I was also a bit skeptical around the cleanliness of some of their tools. I give 3 stars for

Don’t go here I’m literally at the hospital for the mail tech cutting my toe now I have a infection my toe is hurting it’s swollen and pus is ozzing

Great first time visit. Pricing for acrylics was totally doable. I called in for an appointment same day and it was a very quick process even with the takeoff for gel x. Will be going here anytime I come to town ☺️🙏🏽💯
