I visited with my daughter and granddaughter. Asked one of the clerks a question about a candle that was advertised online. First she said it was last season. When I showed it to her, she said it was an older version. She asked one of the other clerks if they had any more of the older version, opened a drawer then said they didn't have any more. She walked off. My money and I left.

Disgusting customer service. Please save yourself time and energy! Skip this store. The girls on the floor are passive aggressive when they are asked questions. The store manager is THE worse! I had to go through 7 reps on the phone to get my refund and a gift cards for the nasty CS. Luckily a shift supervisor finally apologized for my terrible experience. When I visited another store, the lady at the counter said that had listened lots of people complaining about this location. So, skip this nasty place 🤮

The staff are really friendly and helpful and the products are great and have a decent and affordable price! Love their new holiday scents and there classics, you should really go there, just warning you that the scent as soon as you walk into the store is really strong and the door is super heavy TRUST ME ON BOTH OF THOSE BECAUSE MY FRIEND GETS A HEADACHE EVERY TIME THAT SHE WALKS I TO THE STORE AND THE DOOR ONCE CLOSED ON ME AND I ALMOST GOT MY ARM “CHOPPED OFF” lol! I went to pick up my order tonight at the Bath & Body Works in Birkdale Village (16805 Birkdale Commons Pkwy, Huntersville, NC 28078). I had four orders in total, and two of them each contained two candles. I simply wanted to exchange two scents because I didn’t like them. Since I placed the order online, I didn’t know what the candles actually smelled like before picking them up. When I politely asked if I could exchange two scents, the staff member (I believe her name was Ron or Pon, a white woman) suddenly raised her voice and spoke to me in a very rude and aggressive manner. She said exchanges weren’t allowed and that if I didn’t like them, I would have to return and repurchase at the current price.
