Absolutely love Bath & Body Works in Elk Grove, CA! The store is a fragrant paradise with an incredible variety of high-quality products. The staff is friendly and helpful, making shopping here a delightful experience. From candles to lotions, it's a must-visit for anyone seeking top-notch self-care items.

I visited today around 12 noon. Usually I shop at this location on E. Stockton blvd. However after choosing my items the man behind the check out counter just continued to ignore us allowing us to wait while he was"busy"as if my time isn't valuable. Then a lady walks up and he took her items to ring up immediately Customer service is at a all time low! They need to train these kids who now run these stores to give people eye contact and greet people. Now on, I will be going to the laguna blvd location.

Always such a good time going into this store. Everyone is so friendly and helps out whenever you need it. Always have pick up orders but love to hear the deals.

I visited Bath & Body Works last week, it was smelling very nice and I bought a lotion for very reasonable price. Also stuff are very helpful. Thank you I will be back
