Terrible experience in store, went in to use my coupons every one worked except for the free item for 9.99 said it was redeemed, by who? I don’t shop online and you can see every purchase I made in my app, told me pretty much oh well nothing I can do didn’t speak with a supervisor or anything so I asked where do I report that someone stole my coupon since you can clearly see everything in the app and she shrugged her shoulders and said call customer service. This is actually terrible customer service. I will be escalating this as far as I can since someone is stealing my coupons that say on my desk I don’t order online because the orders are messed up online. I was rushed out of the store. I was looking for a spray bottle soap. So I asked an associate and she showed me where it was and she also ask if I was looking for another scent. I was in and out of the store in 5 minutes. Very helpful.

There was somone there named Mille and oh my gosh she was so sweet I am a 14 year old teen and she treated me and my mom so nice even when I sprayed shaple some everywhere lol! Give the women a raise!!!

Ordered for store pickup and it wasn’t ready when I got there. I was told I could grab my own items from the shelf, which I had no problem with. However two items that were advertised on sale and in stock on their app had “different packaging” so they cancelled the original order, rung the same items up and charged me full price for the two. For the same exact items. Since they had also cancelled my original order, I also lost my birthday reward for a free item, so I had to pay full price for that as well. This went from a $20.19 order to $52.06 because of “different packaging”. I have never had a problem with Bath and Body Works before, I swore by them. Very Covid aware. Didn't like waiting outside in the Covid line bc everyone does what they want inside the store anyway but I got my 75% off my favorites (so lucky bc most were only 50%) & walked out happy! $40 for all this! 😊 I really missed the semi annual in June! Hope that doesn't happen ever again!
