just arrived to pick up an online order, advertised to open at noon on sundays it’s 12:45, why are the doors all shut with a sign that says closed ? i am from 40 minutes away and drove here specifically to pick up that order. ridiculous

I absolutely love B&BW. I live in the U.K. and even though we can get a limited range there, the prices are extortionate. As such, when I’m in the US I stock up on my favourites and try out some new scents too. It’s definitely part of my self-care routine. Please review the prices charged in the U.K. it’s making the product cost-prohibitive.

I find a sent i like in the wall flowers and then it is discontinued. Bring back Bergamot waters. I have not found a clean fragrance in your store as comforting as this. I don't like candles which is the only way to get this fragrance at this time. This has happened with multiple fragrances over the years. Stop discontinuing fragrances that are loved. I have stopped purchasing from your stores because of this.
