If I could give zero stars I would I came in yesterday to purchase some of your plug-ins. I paid five for $28 then today they’re on sale for $2.95 so I brought back my items to do an exchange to get the sale price and was told that they could not do that. I’ve spent thousands and thousands of dollars in the stores lost my business forever. That’s absolutely ridiculous. I had my receipt. There’s no reason why you can’t exchange them and give me the sale price specially when I just purchased them yesterday I definitely will be leaving a nasty review and contacting your corporate office.

I would like to preface this review by saying all employees were polite and professional. I was the impolite one by using the word "a--", as in "I'm not trying to be an a--", which I apologized for as soon as it came out of my mouth. Now on to why I'm here: I'd bought two skin care products a little over a month ago when they cost a third on sale; this was at a different store. They didn't have the specific item, but I bought something else to exchange when they came back in stock (a hack that a BBW employee told me I could do, and I've been doing it for years). The only two stores that had it were in Canton and Woodstock. I drove ONE HOUR to make that exchange. I get to the counter and tell Kara that I wanted to exchange these items. She proceeds to RETURN my items, then wants to ch

POSITIVE: Typical BBW store, nice layout, clean and decent stock throughout the year. Staff in general are very helpful and friendly. NEGATIVE: There is one manager (store manager?) that is typically not customer friendly and seems to have an attitude at times. I've experienced this a couple of times directly and I've seen it happen while in the store with other customers. Honestly I prefer not to deal with her. Also don't go in 10 minutes before close...you will get pressured to checkout or leave by the manager with a NASA like countdown. I get it and I'm not one to disrespect closing time, but when I know what I need and have it and will checkout before close don't pressure me. If I'm shopping for family and spend $100s in your store you should be more appreciative of my busines

The majority of employees are polite and helpful. It’s sad that one of the managers (J) is extremely rude since she should be setting an example. She has her own rules about when coupons can be used, as well as who can purchase a display item when it’s the last one in the store. I cringe whenever she’s working!

Funny after reading the reviews about being pressured out of the store at closing time. I have worked in retail management for 20 years now, 6 of those years with BBW. I of all people understand and respect closing time and understand there are repercussions from district/regional managers when you’re closing the doors before closing time. I tried to go in 5 minutes before closing to grab 5 hand soaps. I knew exactly what I needed and would have been out the door well within 5 minutes. I didn’t even get my hand on the door when the employee grabbed the door handle and said we’re closed. I showed the time on my phone and was told again “closed” very sternly. I get it, it’s before Christmas. I work in retail too and just closed down my store for the day. I got here as soon as I could. Too
