Bath & Body Works

Workers are courteous and love the products. Problem is online purchases for pick up. Why does every order I make end up cancelling, even when I already paid. Who manages internet sales and why do they have out-of-stock merchant listed as available for pick up when it clearly isn't. Frankly, it is sad that this hasn't been addressed. Now I am out my order again until you decide to refund.

I normally do not write reviews, HOWEVER, Customer Service is lacking at this location. We were never greeted by an associate, even though there were 2 workers standing at the front talking to one another. The Wallflower scent I was looking for was not in the basket, so.. we opened the drawer below to see if there were any more. *gasp!* Whatever you do, do NOT open the drawers. The front worker came out of no where so fast and was so rude about it. Not friendly, not helpful, just chastised us for opening the drawer. To the large woman with long blonde hair- I think you need to learn how to handle situations better vs making customers feel that what they did was commit a crime for opening a drawer! My poor husband doesn't even want to go back to this location as he was just trying to help

Poor customer service. I came in for an exchange because the item I received in the mail was broken. I was told to pick out item and they would exchange, they told me they have to do a return then purchase. I picked the wrong item (speciality) and was told since it was specialty it was not eligible for exchange-understandable. But when I attempted to buy one that was exchangeable they told me they cannot price match because the item was already returned. Would have been nice to know when I walked in the door. I was told when I walked in that they process exchanges in return then buy way. So I lost the deal I got when I originally bought it because I was sent a damaged item. Guess if you get broken items from bath and body works you are just out of luck.

I was so excited when this store opened right here in town! I would be able to shop close to home. Unfortunately, my joy was short lived as nobody is ever happy here. I wish they reviewed their videos because they would hear the manager asking me why it mattered how she looked when I made the comment that no one was smiling or looked happy. I’m giving it 2 stars for the 2 ladies that were trying to help people despite the managers attitude.

I stopped in the other day for the first time to get a bottle of body spray. I had such a pleasant experience with the girls helping me out. Tiffany helped me out with the deals that were going on and told me about the rewards. She was awesome!!!!!!!!
