I had my first appointment with Amanda today and absolutely loved it. I’ve been searching for the right therapeutic massage therapist for over a year, and I’ve finally found the one. Before we even started, Amanda took the time to create a thoughtful plan and clearly demonstrated her strong knowledge of anatomy and kinesiology. She is incredibly kind and takes the time to check in throughout the session to ensure you’re receiving exactly the care you came for. She truly listens to your body and tailors each session to your needs, incorporating multiple modalities to create a completely customized treatment. I left feeling cared for, understood, and so much better physically. And as a bonus, her adorable dog made the experience even better. I’m already looking forward to my next session!

Amanda with Southern Comfort was one of the best experiences I’ve ever had. I booked a 90 minute referral for a deep tissue massage, based on the recommendation of a friend. I provided general areas for work to be done, thinking she couldn’t help me with the other areas (hip and shoulder) — however, she found those spots too. By the end of the appointment, Amanda had put me back together again. I am so grateful and look forward to approaching my next work week as a whole person. 🙏

LOVE Amanda!! She is so much more than a massage therapist, she is a Holy Spirit filled Healer. She is truly a rare gem. Not only is she quite obviously a seasoned expert, but it is quite apparent that she loves what she does and puts her whole heart into it. So grateful my Chiro recommended her to me and I wholeheartedly recommend her.

I went to Amanda last week, she is a gifted therapist. She took the time needed to get my head, neck, shoulders unlocked. I already have so much more energy! I will be back as much as she'll let me. Plus is meeting her precious puppy!

I see Amanda once a month because my body doesn't bounce back as it once did from physical work and mental stress! She has such a wonderful space, a calming presence, and she really knows how to hit those knots and help the body to relax and heal. Her wonderful dog Dolly is always the first to welcome me when I arrive! I highly recommend this place for anyone who needs help relaxing!
