Got my daughter’s hair trimmed for the first time and I was impressed. Mackenzie did a great job and the curling technique and products she had used definitely made the curls POP. Customer service was great. Will definitely return.

I’ve been going to this ulta for about a year and omg yesterday I had an amazing experience. I was helped by a woman named DARIAN. When I tell you she went beyond out of her way to help she did. She color matched me for like 5-7 shades of different foundation till we found the one. I asked her what time she was off and she said 5:30 mind you it was already 5:40 and I said you can leave if you need to and she said no I’ll leave till we find the one lol she stayed till we found the one that’s what I call an amazing customer service. She took this as a task lol she is the best. We need more people like her in this world who love what they do. Darian if you read this THANK YOU you have no idea the impact you did by helping me out. If you guys are in belton ulta definitely ask for her she’s AMA

I have shopped at Ulta and used the Salon at other locations for years, but after my experience today I will be spending my money elsewhere. This location is newer. I have found the associates to be less than helpful and the manager (younger blonde woman) to be extremely unprofessional. I waited in line, it was later in the evening and not busy, the associate was busy talking but finally just stared at me for a uncomfortable period of time before calling me over. The greeting was less than pleasant. I was trying to make an exchange and purchase additional items. The makeup I purchased was too light. She said I would need to pay the difference to exchange as the makeup was on sale at the time of purchase. This is foundation I purchase regularly regardless of whether it is on sale or not. I

I had some one from the salon help me find a new shampoo and conditioner. I forgot her name but she was extremely helpful. She showed me more than 1 brand and different price points. I was specifically looking for a brand that is cruelty free. I found a brand to try. I was in the Belton Missouri location. Everyone working there today was friendly and helpful.

Love this store!! I come here pretty often and have always had a great experience. Ashley was a great help and super friendly, she definitely made my visit better from start to finish
