I’ve been going for years. The staff is friendly and very efficient. The beds are sometimes out of service.

First of all my debit card declined. And I new it had because I had shut it down prior to someone having gotten a hold of it. I came in and gave it to some employee there and they did not do there job to enter the new one. Then one of the girls that worked there has the audacity to ask me if I saw the one who took the card, did I see there picture on the wall and not everyone that works has a picture on the wall. Especially the male employee. So instead of making a customer happy because I was NOT going to pay there STUPID $5.00 fee for the card declining. They would RATHER lose a person's business all the way around for several months, than to just drop the $5.00 declining of the card fee. That is such a GREAT way of doing business. First I want to say very clean and friendly place and great beds although I only love bed 14! However I do not like I pay 75 dollars a month and can barely get in, I work 7 days a week some days 10 to 7 and some days 8 to 5 including weekends so when I work 8 to 5 I try to come in which is not their fault BUT being that the weekend hours are horrible here 11-2 Saturday and Sunday I’m at work til 4 so overall I think they need better weekend hours.

I’ve been going here for two years now and I usually buy my own tanning lotion off Amazon. But when they have deals I might grab a bottle from the salon, we’ll today they had a sale going on I grabbed a 75$ bottle of lotion and smelled it didn’t do anything other than that when I went to put some in my hand it was very very watery like it was mixed with water l. Be very careful , they didn’t want let me switch it or give me a refund which I didn’t really want a refund I just wanted to switch the lotion out. She let me know that she couldn’t contact the owner and that she wasn’t going to try to. She’s also told me they have had issues like this in the past. Mind you I spend 80$ here a month. Thanks ABBY I will be looking forward to that refund . I love how you do business will be in touch
