Tina is an extremely talented medical massage therapist. I went to her with a chronic pain issue I had in my neck/shoulder area. The pain was deep which made me skeptical that massage was the proper treatment. Tina assured me that she could address what was wrong and over 8 weeks, for the first time in years, I had actual sustained relief of the problem/pain. She utilized various modalities including medical massage and each week I knew Tina was going to be the one to solve the issue at its root. I highly recommend Tina to anyone looking for more than just a band-aid. Her talents are many and there is no doubt in my mind that she is blessed with a healing intuition that is reserved for few.

I had two total knee replacement surgeries in 2023. One in January and one in May. Tina was instrumental in getting me back to where I needed to be as far as range of motion, flexibility, proper stretching and using techniques to break up the fascia and scar tissue from forming. I was given stretching assignments between sessions which really helped my recovery. I know healing is different for everyone, but I was back to work both times after three weeks post surgery. I continued to get sessions from Tina for months after the surgery. I highly recommend Tina for any type of pain or issues you might be having. She is very knowledgeable and certified and knows what she is talking about.

I am so grateful I found Tina. She is the best at medical message. I had tried several other places around town that were your traditional “deep tissue massage” but nothing really helped. Even after one visit I felt significantly better. Tina genuinely cares about her clients wellbeing and specific needs. This comes through in the experience and results.

I hesitate to write this positive review because my future mobility is dependent on being able to secure an appointment with Tina! This is my practice of aparigraha for the day. Tina is both intuitive and highly-skilled. She is genuinely curious about the root causes of your issues and will work as your partner to address them holistically. Despite my own background, I need someone to help me relieve chronic jaw tension and keep me happily moving in all the crazy ways I enjoy. This is genuine healthcare.

If you are looking for a true medical massage look no further. Tina worked on my aching back, shoulders and pecs. I was so stressed out and tight that it took her over two hours to work on me. The next day all my pain was gone! She is so knowledgeable and knew exactly what to do to relieve my pain. I can’t wait to go back for my next massage. Thank you Tina you really are the best!
