I’ve only been here twice. The first experience was amazing. Come back 2 weeks later and the original girl was BOOKED so i had to go to some man. Absolute joke. $47 for a fill in. Polish ALL OVER my hands, and cuticles. Lumps and bumps all in the acrylic. My pinky nail is drastically shorter than the rest. SOO rough, cut my thumb. Never coming back.

This was my first and last time at Avalon. I rarely write reviews, but this experience was too horrendous to not share. I came in as a walk in for a gel removal and polish change on my toes. At first glance, the male technician did look disheveled and unprofessional. But, I did not think anything of it until I noticed his erratic and quite scary behavior. He seemed like he didn’t know what he was doing, and his fast, jittery movements made me nervous and extremely uncomfortable. After a rough removal of my gel polish (which took at least 25 minutes), I told him I didn’t wish to proceed with the rest of my service. I left feeling anxious and nervous. Avoid at all cost!!

LOVE LOVE LOVE my nails. Max is definitely my favorite nail tech. He knows I’m open minded and he comes with suggestions of styles and designs he would like to try and I let him work✨ I brought my hubby here a few weeks ago and Anna took care of him. She did a great job on his manicure but even better on his pedicure❤️

They charge for color now regardless of you saying you just want PLAIN NO COLOR. very harassing behavior to keep trying to convince you. So now they found a way to scam around that by charging. Won’t be going here anymore. My toe usually gets a fungus so now i have an urgent care bill too.

Went in as a walk-in on a Sunday. Was told there be a 45 min. Wait got a call in about 15-20 minutes Starting they were ready for us as there were two pedis being done. My friend an I were immediately put into foot baths an the older woman started in my friend first. I sat an soaker for about 20 minutes while another technician finished her client. When she finally did get started on me the conversation was pleasant an her attitude pleasing. She provided my foot scrubbed recommended a great foot peel product. My only issue that I was unaware of was there’s an additional $20 charge for gel polish which they offered without telling, But hoping an knowing it supposed to last longer (which I hope it does) I won’t complain.
