Went in to get a pedi mani. The mani was a dip powder. However my nails were lumpy and tacky after the color shown did not come through. the manicurist did not shape the nails my nails were uneven and all at a slant. After dip powder was applied the surface was not smoothed out. And the gel top coat was forgotten completely. I was also cut during the process and my thumb has split open from the cut in the mail bed of my thumb. It also took 4 hours for a basic pedicure and dip manicure to be completed. They looked awful and had an event to go to. I will not be back. I had to get my nails fixed.

Great atmosphere and quiet to get quality pedicures and manicure done. Staffs are good and courteous.

I came into the shop today and as soon as I walked in one lady started talking in her language and started laughing with another lady. This isn’t the first time she has done this but this is the first time I addressed it with her directly. It was very rude and if they don’t want me to have services there then I will take my business elsewhere. If you work in customer service then you need to provide customer service. No one should walk into an establishment and feel unwanted and made fun of.

My daughter and I went in for a fill and Christmas design and a basic manicure. They asked to see the design she wanted, took her phone and talk amongst each other for a few minutes and then same back and said they didn’t have enough employees for two services. Which was a complete lie lol if that were the case they wouldn’t have needed to talk about her design forever. Rather than just admit they couldn’t do it or didn’t want to.

So didn’t think I would be making a review but here we go. Went in to get a manicure done with my special needs sister. I understand getting nails done is a luxury but anywhere u go u would expect the upmost customer service skills. Made the appointment for 12 and we had to wait 20 minutes to get our nails done. Went in and both the tech keeps pushing for gel and I declined a total of 5 times. I asked if they could put a snowflake design for Christmas and at first said yes. When we were drying our nails I asked when they were going to put on the design, the nail tech informed me that they couldn’t do a snowflake and if we wanted to we could’ve gotten gel nails to do any other designs On top of that two of my fingers started bleeding bc the tech had pulled a string of my skin somehow.
