Very scam-like billing process. I called in to book an appointment for consultation about my wisdom teeth. I had an x-ray sent to them from my dentist. Over the phone I mentioned my insurance and right away they said "Ok! we accept that." Mind you, I'm a young man who doesn't know too much about my insurance details since it's under my Father. They just tried to insinuate that they accept my insurance. Day of my appointment I hand over paper of my insurance and they start looking at it. WHILE they were still looking at it, they call me in. So, I go in and speak to the doctor for 5 minutes. I come out and they say we don't accept your insurance because it's a DHMO. Boom, they charge me $135 . Before this appointment they had me fill out forms and the form said "Do you belong to a PPO or HMO

Although Dr. Singh seems knowledgable and has a decent bedside manner, she withheld information. She did not tell me that including a bone graft into a tooth extraction would require me to get an implant within six months to a year. They also have questionable billing practices. I needed a tooth extraction of a cracked tooth. When I received the projected bill, it included the anesthesia listed three times, the bone graft, AND THE TOOTH IMPLANT. I never said I wanted them to implant the tooth. I wanted to shop around other practices. They wanted me to pay over $2,000 cash. They tried to bill me for everything when I only wanted the tooth extraction. She also pushed for the complete sedation and it wasn't necessary. I cancelled the extraction and went to another practice in Chevy Chase. The

Dr.Chen is truly amazing at what she does. I had all 4 wisdom teeth removed and was quite hesitant as I am with any dental work. She took ALL the precautions and care to make sure I was comfortable, and did an excellent job with the surgery as I have healed well. Her and the staff here are phenomenal. I recommend them if you are need of any service they provide.

I had a great experience with my wisdom teeth getting removed. They were friendly professional and very efficient. Almost no swelling. I would highly recommend!

My daughter had wisdom teeth out. The staff was helpful, knowledgeable, on time, kind and efficient. Also Dr Chen went above and beyond, even answering a question after hours on the weekend. So thankful to Dr.Chen!
