Absolute Nails

I have come to this salon a few times for gel manicure.. Usually they come out really nice. However, this last time I went I didnt like my nails AT ALL. First of all I told the woman to file only a little because I wanted to keep my natural nails a little long still. The nail tech filed my nails VERY short. Secondly the application doesn’t look good.. theyre bulky towards the end. Thirdly, I understand there’s spanish workers and that spanish is their first language because I come from a hispanic family. With that being said .. the workers should be careful speaking about their client in front of said client. I don’t think I will come back after this time

I’ve been coming to this salon for well over 7 years; this is the first time that I was made to feel as though I was receiving gratis service. Furthermore, look at my cuticles!!! Andrea, the young lady who provided the service was curt, at best. The part that was most ghastly was the way they waited on the white customers, with such poise/ courteousness and provided quality service. I’m very disappointed and will not be going back to this establishment.

I wanted to be fair but I can’t. This place has a racist employee. I like to come to this place because it’s within a walking distance to my house even though I spend in there a lot of money, there is this woman that is so racist and rude. She speaks super nice to the other white women but comes to me she screams at me and when doing my nails she acts like she is doing me a favor. I keep telling myself I shouldn’t be coming here anymore but I make believe nothing happens and come back. This is the last time for sure. If you are a white woman don’t worry I guess. Update to this review. I decided to give it another try after I talked to the owner about it. They gave me a better service and showed me a lot of respect. So I revised my review.

Came here for a pedicure for the first time and had a wonderful experience. The place was calming and clean, and they took COVID precautions seriously. The staff was friendly, courteous, and helpful. I did not feel rushed at all, as I usually do at other places where they are rushing you in and out to get more business. I even forgot my flip flops, and they provided me with a free pair so I would not ruin my pedicure. The price is in line with the quality of service I received. I will definitely be coming back regularly.

Absolute Nails has been my go to nail place for the last two years. Everyone is extremely kind, they remember you, ask about your family and make you feel so welcome. I’m appreciative to have such a great nail salon nearby!
