Zoom Tan

Terrible customer service! Spray tan literally left me looking like a skunk, line straight down from and back, had to wipe off which left it all streaked and of course it’s a day before a wedding I’m attending. Front desk stated they could give me an extra towel (big of them)but I had to call corporate. Corporate said, sorry., no refunds on spray tans even though I’ve been a customer for years and have NEVER complained!!!! Do not recommend this establishment. What ever happened to customer service?

The New Hartford location is absolutely awesome. The staff are super friendly and helpful and the place is super clean.

My name is Christine Hapanowicz. I go to the New Hartford, NY Zoom Tan regularly. The manager and her team always greet you with a smile and treat you like family. The place is always spotless. It is festive with every holiday decor. I love going there ! I always recommend this place to out of town people, friends, & family. I wouldn’t go anywhere else. The manager is doing a five star job !!!!!

Beds are so clean and so much more intense!! Staff is so helpful and polite.

This Zoom Tan is so clean and Heidi, at the front, is so efficient, courteous and professional. It is such a delight to see a business run so smoothly, with dedicated employees. Kudos to management for taking good care of your staff, they are keepers!
