I had the best experience with Madison! I was very anxious/hesitant about getting filler again due to past experiences but she made me feel comfortable and confident : ) She addressed every concern I had with knowledge and kindness and was incredibly helpful and sweet. She’s the best!

Over the years I have had the pleasure of working with several different providers at the New Hartford Chapter and each one has been phenomenal. From the second you walk in the door, to the second you walk out, you are made to feel welcomed and genuinely cared about. It is evident that these ladies are invested in your experience and refuse to let you leave displeased or with a question about a treatment. I cannot recommend this location enough. I am sadly moving out of the area and am genuinely heartbroken to have to say goodbye to this team. No matter who you work with here, you are in FANTASTIC hands.

Had an appointment for 5:30pm. Arrived early straight out of work, sat there waiting until almost 6 pm until someone finally asked me “what was your name again?” And then proceeded to tell me that sometimes they “double book” providers and that’s why the wait is so long. I asked how much longer it was going to be and the girl at the front desk told me “I really can’t say. At least half an hour.” Expecting me to wait at least a full hour after my scheduled appointment time. I told her I wasn’t waiting that long and left. Mind you the entire time this is happening, they are filming a commercial about how great the place is. Goodbye.

Brittany is amazing. She listened to my needs and knew exactly what I needed. Her technique was both painless and flawless. As a bonus, I joined the loyalty program and I am looking forward to routine visits with chapter.
