Always clean. The girls are very friendly and personable. Megan always helps me with my lotions and the deals. Ive been a member for about 15 years, back when it was Total Tan. I have not had a bad experience yet. Thank you.

Had the pleasure of dealing with Megan. She is the best staff that works there. So pleasant very over going always helping with whatever I need. Always has a smile on her face and always catching myself spending money in there! 10/10 recommend!!

I have been using Zoom Tan for about 3 years now. There have always been super nice ladies working there and I think that is great and it really shows the attention to detail the company puts into their hiring process. There is one Staff Member who in my opinion stands out above the rest in Johnstown. Ms. Megan has been there for quite some time. This young woman is without a doubt one of the most welcoming people I have ever met. My wife and I will always say, "I hope Megan is working today as we walk in". I have had great encounters and experiences at both the Johnstown and Saratoga Zoom Tan! Both locations are very clean and have very helpful staff!
