Terrible service! Call and make an appointment she calls you not even a hour before your appointment to cancel saying she’s sick, then you find out later from her friend that she took off on a vacation, party or whatever numerous times! She cancels last minute all the time for some people this is a joyful experience we look forward to, always ruined because lily is unreliable not sticking to her appointments that were scheduled, then doesn’t call back after cancellations of services, super unreliable!! Do not recommend!! Go at your own risk she will just cancel on you and make it seem like you’re the bad guy, taking us out of her rotation! Hopefully they fix their demeanor for future clients!

Lillie has done my hair for 3 years now and I’m so thankful for her!! I refused to go anywhere else — even when I’m gone for a year. My favorite hair studio 🙏♥️♥️
