Honestly the worse massage I’ve had in my entire life. Went in for the hour massage with my friend. The entire time was talking , kept leaving to answer the phone, coughing everywhere. Was suppose to be a full body massage only worked on my lower back the entire time. I made it clear I had a damaged lower back due to previous trauma and she persisted to keep pressing on the same painful spot the entire time. When I started crying she said “no pain , no gain” and continued. I then forced myself up and got dressed and left and they said I was “faking it”. Not to mention the massage lasted maybe 20 minutes in total , before I even got up to leave and she still insisted I paid the $70. Did not care to keep me covered at all when there was a child present in the room. She also did something wit

The customer service was terrible. The massage was just okay and the staff were rude. I paid $100 for a 90 minute massage and it lasted about 1 hr and 10 minutes. When I was leaving I was asked about a tip and started writing $10 on the receipt, which I felt was more than enough for the service provided. This woman started arguing with me demanding that I give her a $20 tip saying that I have to pay her. I told her that i am not going to argue with her about a tip as it is optional. She cursed me as I walked out of the store. Very unprofessional and I would not recommend!

I went in and asked for a 30 min. Chair massage for $30. The lady helping me didn't speak English. She got someone else to translate. I told her I wanted the 30 min. Chair massage. She said it would be better to do it laying down as it was easier for them. I said ok. When finished she quickly charged my card $50. I asked why the price was different and she said that was the price for laying down. I told her I requested the chair massage and they said to do it on the table because that was easier for them and they did not inform me of a price difference. Basically, they ripped me off. Won't be coming back here again. No tip left either as they got the extra $20 off my credit card. I wouldn't recommend this place unless you make it VERY CLEAR what is being charged.

The couples message was a joke. My wife and I started at the same time but she was done way before me. Foot detox was great. But then the lady had the nerve to demand more of a tip. I so badly wanted to snatch my $20 back. We will not go back there and advise you don't either
