I’ve been getting waxed since 2010, and I can confidently say that ZillianWax is in a league of her own. I’ve been going to her since 2020, and every single appointment has been a consistently amazing experience. She makes you feel completely comfortable during such a vulnerable service, something that truly sets her apart. Her technique is smooth, efficient, and genuinely painless, which still blows my mind after years of waxing elsewhere. On top of that, her energy is unmatched. The conversation is always easy, fun, and natural (we can pick up where we left off last visit), and I leave feeling not just well-groomed but uplifted. I am a content client of Zilian Wax! Nita has been my esthetician for 5+ months. She is professional, sanitary, detail-oriented, efficient in service time, punctual, and reliable (last minute cancellations/ reschedules aren’t her thing). In addition, Nita is attentive to clients’ needs & satisfaction; which was a standard of mine while searching for a new waxer. I desire spotless wax results with minimal to no pain - she consistently delivers that. Examples: 1.) Upon removal of the strip, she immediately applies pressure. 2.) She doesn’t apply wax that’s too-hot directly onto the skin. She lets it cool a tad before application. It’s still too warm? One can express that and she will readily adjust. I’ve been waxed consistently here for a little over 2 years now, Nita is literally thee best waxer ever! She is professional, reliable, & hygienic. She is attentive during the waxing experience (i.e making sure the wax temp is okay, applying pressure after the wax is pulled off, etc), making sure I am okay throughout my wax. From the moment I left my first appointment here, I’ve been comfortable with her and I look forward to my wax appointments:)

Zilian wax is my go to place would not switch it for nothing in the world! Nita made my first wax the best experience. I am now going into to my 4th session and I have no complaints! If your thinking about starting your waxing journey I recommend 10/10 she will make you have a smooth and easy process making you feel comfortable each time!

Let me just point out that I was NEVER a wax fan until I got the courage to try it. I went to Nita and ain't looked back since. Lol. I've been going to Nita for a few years now and she has been nothing but EXCEPTIONAL. She is so attentive and so clean and such a genuine and nice person. How do I know she bomb?? Bc we're literally LAUGHING the whole time she's ripping hair off me. Lolololol. We gon have us a good laugh!!!! I would recommend her to anyone.
