Do yourself a favor and visit Niffany Braiding Salon! I had an initial consultation with Niffany where we discussed several styling options. I sent over many looks for inspiration and she gave many recommendations for my braiding style as well as ideas for color. Niffany went above and beyond to ensure I felt comfortable and that I was satisfied with my style choice, and she did not disappoint! When I saw the final look of my knotless braids I was immediately impressed. I've had my knotless braids in for almost two months and I still receive compliments. Thank you Niffany, I can't wait for my next appointment!

Would recommend to anyone looking for quality braid hair styles. They were kind and respectful. Took me on last minute and started my hair immediately, very gentle and fast. I loved my hair and will be coming back for more styles.

No respect for a customer choice of style. I went to the hair salon with the picture to show exactly what I want. While braiding my hair, I told her that I want my hair to be separated at the center not on the side and she said “you didn’t tell me so I am not gonna do that. I can’t fix” but that was already in the picture that I showed to her. Even if I didn’t tell her, she has to ask what I want instead of guessing. That is not professional. And that’s very rude to force me to have a style that I don’t want like a child. I was forced to have a style that I don’t want. She didn’t respect a customer at all.

I Absolutely cannot say enough great things about the great service I received. Very customer focused and satisfaction was their main goal. I left knowing I will be back for any additional services I will need in the future. Thank you Niffany and team. #firsttimecustomer #forevercustomer
