Largo Nails

The last two times I’ve come here I didn’t get the service I asked for. The people are rude. This last time I left there with no polish. I’ll never spend my hard earned money in the spot ever again. Look how bad the polish was and I did the white line myself it was actually the neatest part.my toe nail were filled so much you can see and feel my skin underneath. I’ll be going to the hospital and seeking legal Council

Very bad customer service. Came in and signed in. If the person is not available, Larry, to possibly take walk ins then let the customer know. They said one time, 3pm and then switched the time again 4:15pm. I waited an hour as a walk in I understood patience was required. I do not like being lied to. Then you loudly tell another customer they are VIP. This was a bad first impression for another lady who came in just on a whim. She scheduled an appointment just to walk in at another salon. This is very poor service. I would never recommend this place even if it was right next door to anyone. Btw I was one of 4 people in the salon when I walked in.

I love going to Largo nails! The salon is always clean and relaxing no matter the time of day I go! They even have a rewards system that you can earn points to get a percentage of for future appointments. Most salons don't do that. Linda does my nails beautifully every time! She is kind and patient and really listens to your requests and over executes them!
