Zen Nails Studio

Sitting in the salon as I write this. I’m so irritated with this service. I waited about 30 minutes to get my nails done. Cool, no problem. I was supposed to get a French tip with hearts. Lawd, the nail tech (I hesitate calling her that because my bay niece could’ve done better) struggled so bad with the French that it was laughable. Then after the struggle she was just done. I asked about the hearts in the pic that had been pulled up beside her the entire time and she suddenly didn’t know English. As I expressed my confusion she said that she could do one heart. I said no thanks. I went to pay $65 for a $6 job and spoke with the manager who was rather unconcerned. He actually told me that I could wait for her to fix it (I think not) or come back within 7 days (which is a cool policy but n

Came here for the first time & got my nails done by Rocky, it’s giving best nail tech in the area ! Found my new nail tech. I showed him what I wanted and he gave exactly that.

The place is pretty but the nail tech with really big glasses will talk about you amongst her coworkers. Laugh at you and feign ignorance when questioned. Terrible experience. I recommend a black owned nail shop for a more inclusive environment. To add insult to injury, the nails were poorly done. Uneven French tip and my finger nails were drilled almost to nothing removing gel.

Went for a mani and pedi. The manicure was terrible sloppy work for 65$. Every time I tried to correct him he acted confused and proceeded to say what’s wrong with it. Didn’t push the cuticle back. Didn’t cut the cuticle. Cut way too much off my skin in front of my nail to try and hurry up to clean off the dried dip powder. Was supposed to a French tip. Aaron rushed the job. I will be coming back so it can be taken off because this is not worth 65$.

I love ZEN NAIL STUDIOS! They have a "princess area" for little girls. I take my daughter and self there at least once a month. Everyone is nice and the place is clean. On Tuesday and Wednesday that offer 15% off with cash payments. I usually see Nail Tech VICENT but his working days are limited, so I found ROCKY! Either way, those two guys are GREAT and perfectionist. THANKS ZEN NAILS!
