Hello all, I would love to share my experience today at The Mindful Touch Massage and Wellness Suite. I received the “Celebrate You Massage”for my birthday and it was amazing! The atmosphere was clean, calm, welcoming and relaxing. Ms. Antionette Adams was very pleasant and knowledgeable. She relaxed my mind, body and soul no doubt! Really relaxing environment and her massage skills are truly exceptional! I love how she incorporates multiple components to the massage to best loosen up your muscles (ie/ cupping, hot stones, stretching techniques, etc…). Overall amazing experience, I was so relaxed during the massage and left feeling rejuvenated.

I got the relaxing massage with an added 30 mins, the peace of mind massage and the foot scrub. All of them were done very well. I'm so thankful that everywhere else I looked into was booked.
