Edit: 03/04/24 Not sure why the owner said she fixed my nails. I did not respond to her request to come back in. While I appreciate that she wants to make things right, it is wrong for her to say that she fixed my nails when I did not get them fixed. I was going to wait for a week before making my review, however, my dip nails are starting to come off. Not even a week. This is very disappointing since dip nails are supposed to last at least two weeks and what you pay for them is not cheap. I scheduled for a dip with extensions and a gel pedicure. I arrived 15 minutes early because I wanted to choose a color. However, when I arrived, Kim was doing another client’s nails. I honestly wouldn’t mind waiting if they just told me. Chris really listens and is as skillful as any clinician I’ve ever gone to. All of the staff are friendly and the salon is clean and well decorated. I recommend Zen’s highly.

Beyond disappointed. Arrived at 12:30 and finished two hours later. Had me get up from the manicure station so they can service another client when I was in the middle of my service, did not apologize for the inconvenience . The technician did not even perform a manicure, she just applied the dip. Check out the unevenness and bulkiness of the dip. Toes same issue! Will not be returning. Wasted my both my time and money. Avoid this place!

It was my first time trying Zen nails, and after several disappointing experiences, I am so happy to have found this salon. Kim is a true professional, she did a wonderful job on my manicure. She takes the time needed, is extremely meticulous in her work and it shows with the final result. This nail salon is a gem and I will definitely be back.

Kinda have mixed feelings I paid for a spa package manicure and got a basic manicure and the women didn't even clean my cuticles or trim and file my real nails before adding the false nails. Going to go in for a fill in next week hopefully they can do something this time.
