I work down the street so I have been watching the place get built and was so excited when I got the text about the opening. I went the first day and was met by a warm and welcoming team. Kara and Ricky were awesome. Kara showed us all around and explained everything about the facility and contrast therapy. Every thing is brand new and spotless. The suites all have Bluetooth speakers and TV with access to all your streaming services. In between the sauna and the cold plunge they have a vitamin C shower that is the perfect transition between hot and cold. Cold plunge tubs are maintained at 50 degrees which is perfect. It’s the perfect way to unwind after a busy week and still feel like I’m doing something supportive for my body. The Reston location is spotless, calming, and beautifully maintained, and the staff and management are incredibly welcoming and kind. You feel taken care of the moment you walk in. Such a great experience. Everyone was nice, welcoming and informative from the moment we stepped in the door. The suite was very well appointed and spotlessly clean. I loved that the atmosphere was customizable - from lighting, to music and TV options. The treatment itself was superb...the infrared sauna was a welcome change from the typical steam, and the cold plunge was the perfect contrast. My skin felt amazing after the final Vitamin C shower, and my body overall felt restored. I'll definitely be back!

Sweathouz Reston is exceptional in every way. I adore this studio!! The staff are all so welcoming and thoughtful. The space is always so clean. And they always make sure you have everything you need to have a comfortable experience -- including being very attentive to the little details! They greet you by your name, make note if you prefer a eucalyptus/plain towel, and will even have the sauna turned all the way up when you arrive if that's what you like (I do!!). It truly is a wonderful space for everyone and I always enjoy my time there. Highly recommend!!
