I’ve been seeing Balsam for some time now. I have curly hair and do not allow anyone else to touch it. Balsam is so patience and listens to you. She explains and gives great recommendations as if it’s her own hair. Customer service is amazing and space is clean. Highly recommend Balsam 😘😘😘

I’ve had the pleasure of getting my hair done at R&B Hair. From getting my hair colored to cover greys, to getting highlights, and mainly getting my hair styled or extensions put in for events. I have ZERO COMPLAINTS. Ray is a Gem, a true joy to work with. She’s beyond talented and professional. I trust her to make me look fabulous after every visit. I’ve gotten too many compliments and that’s why I’ve been a faithful client for over 5 years. Balsam is also talented and when Ray has been out of town I’ve gotten my hair done by her. Super glad I decided to go to Ray and fix my highlight’s tone and also got my haircut from her. She’s absolutely amazing at what she does! The blend for my highlights now is absolutely perfect, and the tone is exactly what I’ve always envisioned for my hair. It’s super pretty and natural-looking.
