Really rough manicure experience. Had 2 techs, the first one did the prep - really rough treatment, sporadic and random filing and removal of the existing gel, like she was hurrying, left my nails overly and roughly filed getting the gel off. And she hurt me a few times cleaning the cuticles. Again rough job on the cuticles. She also had sharp nails on her fingers that kept digging into the flesh of my fingers as she held my fingers to do the filing and cuticle cleaning. Ouch! The second tech then took over to do the refining work and application of the gel. She was a lot better. More attentive. However, due to the poor prep work by the first tech, my nails came out looking really shoddy - you can see the filing marks on the nail surfaces and the gel they put on wasn’t enough coatings to c

Do not bother. Horrible service. Simple mani pedi with color. I asked how long. They said an hour. Perfect as that is exactly the time I had. Not only did they barely clean, scrub and properly take care of my feet, she made my toe bleed. I don’t mind a quick service, but I do mind technicians being careless and not doing a proper job. They both rushed the service and I sat for 45 min drying. They said it was ok to leave. Given the attached photos it was not. They didn’t care. Plenty of other options out there. Waste of time. Waste of money.

This is my spot. I love Sonia's nail work, I only see her. i always get compliments on her work. The woman all give wonderful pedicures, sorry I do not know there names. Oh and Violet. If you need a true wax off moment before a vacation. Go see her. Grateful for this adorable place in West Portal

Great service! They were able to fit my sister, niece and I in as walk ins on a very busy holiday weekend with very little wait time in between. We were all over the moon with our manicures and their pedicures. I know my sister is already a repeat client of many years but now whenever I visit, this shop will always be a stop on my trip.

Called a day in advanced for a 9am appointment and nobody showed up to open the place until 9:15. Therefore was unable to start my nails until 9:30 am. Gave them plenty of time before I had to leave for work but had to cut the appointment short at 10:15 am without even getting my gel manicure done. All that was done was nail prep. During the nail prep, they also broke several of my nails and made one bleed. Still made me pay for the removal of my acrylic set even though I came in for a removal and gel manicure and only left with the removal due to their unprofessional manner.
