Zakia's Brow Bar

This shop is Ghetto! I booked with Zakia and was robbed out of my DEPOSIT and Half of the service! When I was on my way to get my service done I received a phone call stating I missed My appointment when I did not! Proceed to charge me! Of course they didn't fix their end of the issue by checking what went wrong, just charged me and hung up! Very combative and lacks customer service skills. I Do Not Recommend. Also She came on my Facebook page to Harass me. Be careful booking with her you might leave robbed and with a black eye!

Zakia is very attentive and a living person. Zakia made me feel so comfortable it was my first time there getting my eyebrows done. Very clean and very detailed informative. I highly recommend if you need eyebrows done.

My first time trying this service, Zakia was very profession and made me very comfortable. The studio is beautiful and clean. She also offer complimentary snacks and water. I'm already in love with my brows ☺️. Thanks Zakia for making this experience full of laughs and relaxing.

I wish I would have found Zakia’s brow bar sooner. Zakia is not only welcoming, but she is definitely knowledgeable in her field. She was able to read me as soon as I walked in and could tell that I wanted more of a natural look. I trusted her expertise and she did NOT fail. I am so happy with my results ❤️
