Tracy is hands down the BEST! I started going to her for massage sessions to help release tension and increase motion in my shoulders and hips and after a few sessions, I felt less tense and more flexible throughout! Her techniques are great and she is very knowledgeable. She is wonderful. I recommend!!

Really wonderful, relaxing massage. Tracy relieved a lot of tension in my neck and arms while still being gentle. I’ve been sore after other massages but just felt relaxed and looser after an hour with Tracy. She was also very easy to communicate with and kind! Will definitely be back.
