I had such a wonderful experience with Nadijah at Hello Sugar! She did an absolutely amazing job on my wax and made the entire appointment feel comfortable and stress-free. I was a little nervous at first, but she was incredibly patient, kind, and reassuring the whole time. She took the time to talk me through the entire process and explained exactly what she was doing step by step, which really helped calm my nerves. Her professionalism, gentle approach, and positive energy made a huge difference. You can tell she truly cares about her clients and wants them to feel comfortable and confident. I came to Hello Sugar for my first time today and I had Nadijah :) She was absolutely amazing !! She was gentle, and professional through the whole experience which I genuinely appreciate because I haven’t had a wax in a very long time. She even made me want to join the member ship due to the amazing experience, 10/10 and I can’t wait to come back next month to see my new Estie Bestie :)

I usually don’t leave reviews, but I felt I had to share my experience because I’m really disappointed. This was my second visit to Sugar Wax. The first time I went was back in May with Miranda, and I had such a great experience that I decided this would be my go-to waxing place. Unfortunately, my most recent appointment with Justine was the complete opposite. I really don’t like to call anyone out by name, but I think it’s important for feedback. Justine was very nice and pleasant to talk to, which made the appointment feel comfortable, but the service itself was rough. From the start, she commented a few times about the consistency of the wax, and during the service, the wax kept sticking. She had to pull several times to get it off, which was painful — more so than I’ve experienced at
