I have been going to this spa since they opened and very much enjoyed the massages. I often purchased groupon specials they offer. I had an appointment scheduled but had to cancel it because I had the flu. Like, 104 fever, coughing, sneezing, run over by a truck flu. I didn't realize it, but before I could reschedule my appointment, the Groupon had expired. Z &Z would not honor it. So basically I'm out the money I spent on the groupon. You've already been paid for the Groupon I'm not sure what the harm is in extending the expiration date because of illness. As a long time customer I'm extremely disappointed at this. You've lost a loyal long time customer. I've told all my friends and now you've lost them as customers too. Save your money and go to Zen Foot Spa in Malta instead.

I feel bad because the owner is really nice but this really isn't a good massage. I don't think the owner should be doing them herself instead she should hire a trained masseuse so people will come back. In general, the decor isn't good and she should paint everything white. We got a hot stone massage and they were used for like ten seconds out of 60 minutes. Started massage over the towel which is weird.

The biggest offense was that I paid for 90 minute couples massages on groupon, they only gave me and my partner 60 minute massages, and then got mad at me for my $40 tip and demanded more money. After they wrapped up my massage early, I asked why we weren't doing a 90 minute massage and they kept telling me to come back later and that it was too late. I politely didn't even question it and just decided to leave early, but then when I tipped them, they said they work hard and groupon doesn't give them enough money so I need to go to an atm and get them more money. I said that I wasn't going to do that because they shorted me on time and I felt like $40 was an appropriate tip given that. It was also their choice to join Groupon. My husband and I bought a Swedish couples massage off of Groupon and thought we’d give it a shot here. To put it simply, we will never go back. To start, they put us in separate rooms even though it was supposed to be a couples massage. The covering was very minimal, they only provide you with a towel to lay under, no blanket, nothing. The massage table wasn’t heated, so in winter time it gets cold. My husband said he saw one of them turn the heat on the main thermostat when we first got there, so it was cold to begin with. When the massage started she got out more towels, and started massaging through the towel. I normally like a massage on the firmer side but this was the most extreme deep tissue massage I ever had. Again, this was supposed to be a Swedish massage. It was beyond painful

I was bruised after the massage, it was way too rough and when I asked her to lighten up, she did not. She kneeled on the table and sat on me. She moved my underwear around and hurt my scalp during the head massage. I considered asking her to stop entirely. Roughly 1/3 or less of the service was mildly enjoyable. And then they were rude and tried to guilt me for more money after I tipped.
