The Chain

I absolutely love going to The Chain! The salon is super cute with such a warm and welcoming vibe. The entire staff is always friendly and makes you feel right at home. I’ve been seeing Emmi for my hair, and she is amazing! She’s so sweet, incredibly talented, and really listens to what I want every time. I used to travel all the way to the city to get my hair done, so it’s such a relief to finally find a salon closer to home that I trust completely. I always leave feeling happy and confident with my hair. If you’re looking for a great salon and a stylist who truly cares, definitely go see Emmi at The Chain!

I went to The Chain for the first time yesterday and had the best experience! I saw Trinity and she did exactly what I was looking for. She listened to all of my requests on what I liked/didn’t like and my hair looks AMAZING! I couldn’t be more happy with the end result. Also, the salon is so cute and parking was so easy which made the experience even better. I will most definitely be back!

The Chain salon is light and bright, everyone is warm and welcoming. My appointment with Courtney was worth the 2 hour trip. She recently relocated with her family but I wasn’t ready to see another stylist. Courtney doesn’t just listen, she hears what her clients say and always strives to give the very best outcome. Poughkeepsie’s loss is Saratoga Springs’ gem!

What a cute salon!! Courtney was so kind and talented. You can tell she genuinely cares about her clients and her work. I’ve never been to a stylist that had her level of attention to detail and precision. Highly recommend!!!
