The Bärber Lounge Saratoga

I stopped by this barbershop after being referred here, but unfortunately, the experience was disappointing. Walk-ins aren’t really welcome — though at first I was told they could take me in a couple of minutes, that quickly turned into a 10–15 minute wait. After showing a reference photo of the haircut I wanted, the first barber said she didn’t have time to do it, which I understood. However, I was reassigned to another barber, only to wait another 15 minutes before she also told me she wouldn’t be able to cut my hair and suggested I try another shop down the road. In the end, I spent nearly an hour waiting with no service. I appreciate honesty about availability, but I wish they had just been upfront from the beginning so I didn’t waste so much time.

We were able to get a same day appointment and online! Nick greeted us as soon as we walked in. He was on time and friendly. The atmosphere is very open, clean, and had a cool bar in it. Definitely go back and highly recommend.

The shop has to cancel my original appt cause our barber was experiencing a family emergency. Being the day before Thanksgiving, accommodating us would’ve been difficult. But what do you know? They most certainly accommodated us and got us in fast. Not only did they get us in fast, they provided such an amazing experience for myself and my 4 yr old. From the conversation to the professional and accurate work performed. I honestly can not say enough positive things about this business and our barber today, we are very fortunate. He was a well rounded young man who looks to have a very bright future ahead in entrepreneurship. Matty is a true professional that always does a great job. I started out going to him for a cut as my regular barber at another shop was on vacation. Matty did such a good job, I never went back to my old barber.

Was a great experience, 10/10 cut for $35. Comfortable chairs, cool ambiance, and everyone there is super nice. Would recommend them to anyone for sure
