Customer Reviews
I never give bad reviews so this is the first. The most unprofessional and confusing experience i’ve encountered. My appointment was changed the day before in a way that was phrased as they have availabilities earlier in the day. On my hour drive into the city, the owner got upset with me, saying I made the technician wait for 2 hours which was not possible for the original time or earlier proposed time. As there was no availability that day, I was okay with forfeiting the deposit and moving on. She continued to call me and text me to argue throughout the upcoming weeks, long after the incident occurred.
I was given a disastrously bad eyelash lift. They put on a correcting current solution for free and told me to come back in a week to do my install. Right away I was impressed that she did what was good for my eyelashes instead of what would make her more money. In the past, I needed fills every two weeks and I would be chided for not being careful with them. When I started going to Yuki the first thing I noticed is that the lashes were much softer feeling and more natural looking. She pit different lengths throughout and did not put them too close to my inner corner. My eyes did not feel irritated. I was given eyelash cleanser and a quality cleansing brush for free and I noticed that after washing, I could dry my lashes on a terry towel and not lose lashes. After 2 weeks when I wou
Have been here 3 times. The first time I came from another salon had about 1 lash left on each eye. Paid $125 both times and yuki said the third time I would only have to pay for returning client fill. Went today for the third time and she argued with and said she never said that and that she would play the recording, which is really odd from 3 weeks ago to still have a recording. I've already paid $250 and if you want a returning client calling them a liar and bringing a random innocent client waiting on the couch into the argument is not a good look. It was so unprofessional and I was so embarrassed for her that she acted like that. Will not go back and definitely do not reccomend this place!! I could go and say more but I won't. Stay away!
I love that they only use mink lashes because it looks so much more natural. I’m not a fan of the nightclub eyelash extensions look. Yuki listened and got my lashes to look exactly like how I wanted to. They also have a birthday discount so go during your bday month for sure!
Asalya is so good! Love my lashes. Very peaceful and relaxing in there too. I fall asleep every time and my lashes last great.
